Inabata Vietnam Co., Ltd. (IKV), together with its partner DNI, participated in the National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) 2026, held from May 16–19 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, USA. This event is one of the largest trade shows in the food service industry in North America, featuring more than 2,200 exhibitors across a wide range of sectors, including food, beverages, kitchen equipment, and HORECA solutions.
At the exhibition, IKV not only showcased its latest product offerings but also gained valuable insights into consumer trends and operational needs in the U.S. foodservice market. At the DNI booth, the IKV team and partners conducted live cooking demonstrations and product sampling activities, attracting a large number of visitors and generating over 100 new potential leads.
The product lineup on display was diverse, featuring convenient Japanese-style dishes such as Katsu chicken, Karaage, Gyoza, Teriyaki chicken, and Tempura shrimp, alongside new offerings like the Poke Kit and Ramen Kit, as well as desserts such as Japan Crêpe Cake. Notably, the Ramen Kit drew significant attention due to its exceptional convenience as a fully prepared product that requires no additional water—simply heat and serve. The new products, particularly the Ramen Kit, received highly positive market feedback and attracted interest from major F&B chains and various sushi take-away chains. The first shipment is expected to arrive in the U.S. by the end of May, with deliveries to customers scheduled for early June 2026. Results from NRA Show 2026 highlight a clear trend in the U.S. market toward “ready-to-serve” products that help optimize operations, while also opening up new opportunities for IKV to expand partnerships and strengthen its market presence in the near future.
